💼 What you’ll do

As a Young Graduate within Accenture’s SAP practice, no two days are the same. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and grow your skills through hands-on project experience.

You will:

  • Contribute to SAP S/4HANA and cloud transformation programs, helping clients move away from legacy systems
  • Explore how Generative AI and intelligent automation are reshaping SAP landscapes (AI-assisted configuration, embedded analytics, process co‑pilots)
  • Participate in client workshops and stakeholder meetings, translating business needs into structured solutions
  • Support project delivery by tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring solutions are delivered as intended
  • Bring fresh perspectives and new ideas — your voice as a recent graduate truly matters

Depending on your interests, you’ll develop expertise in one or more core domains: Supply Chain Management · Finance · Data & Analytics

🎓 What we’re looking for

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science or a related field
  • Graduating in 2026

Skills & experience

  • Interest in supply chain, finance or data
  • Affinity with enterprise technology and digital transformation
  • Academic or initial exposure to data analysis, process modeling or enterprise software is a plus

Languages

  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Dutch or French, with working knowledge of the other

Mindset

  • Curious, analytical and eager to learn
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Proactive, motivated and open to feedback

Bonus points if you have:

  • Interest in AI, automation or cloud platforms
  • A passion for understanding how technology creates business value
