AI Engineer Senior Agents & LLM (IA)
Estamos em busca de um profissional que será responsável pelo desenvolvimento e integração de aplicações com Large Language Models (LLMs) e outros serviços corporativos. Usando de tecnologias de front-end e back-end para desenvolvimento de APIs, implementação de práticas de DevOps e otimização de aplicações de Inteligência Artificial.
O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
Projetar e implementar soluções inovadoras que melhorem a experiência do usuário e a performance das aplicações.
Colaborar com times multidisciplinares para garantir a integração eficiente das tecnologias de IA.
Realizar testes e atividades de depuração para manter altos padrões de qualidade no desenvolvimento das aplicações.
Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências mais recentes em IA e desenvolvimento de aplicações, visando a melhoria contínua de conhecimentos e habilidades.
Atuar como mentor de membros juniores do time, compartilhando boas práticas e promovendo um ambiente colaborativo de aprendizado.
Conhecimentos necessários:
Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Áreas correlatadas.
Experiência ou interesse prático em inteligência artificial, criação de AI Agents, uso de ferramentas como GitHub Copilot, Windsurf e automações (ex.: N8N), mínimo 4 anos.
Capacidade de escrever prompts bem estruturados, considerando conceitos de IA responsável e fluxos agênticos.
Proficiência avançada em Desenvolvimento de Aplicações em front‑end e back‑end, utilizando JavaScript
Proficiência intermediária em AI Agents & Integração de Workflows é um diferencial.
