本ポジションは、日本におけるアクセンチュアのコーポレート・コミュニケーション(広報)機能を担い、外部向け広報活動の企画・実行をリードする役割です。日本およびグローバルのビジネス戦略に基づき、メディアリレーション構築、メッセージ設計、コンテンツ制作、露出効果の測定・改善までを一貫して担当します。日本の事業部門、グローバルおよび日本のコーポレートコミュニケーションチーム、PRエージェンシー等と連携し、日本市場におけるアクセンチュアのレピュテーション強化とリーダーシップ確立に貢献します。

◆具体的な業務内容
・国内主要メディアおよび業界メディアとの関係構築、取材対応、ストーリー設計
・ニュースリリース、発表資料、想定問答の作成およびレビュー
・ビジネス戦略および日本における優先領域に基づく広報メッセージの設計
・グローバルおよび日本で作成されたThought Leadershipの方向性に沿った切り口・企画立案
・グローバルコンテンツの戦略的活用および日本市場向けローカライズ、品質管理
・経営層・リーダーのメディア対応支援、
・インタビューや記者説明会、寄稿の企画運営
・メディア露出のモニタリング、効果測定、分析および改善提案
・PRエージェンシー等の外部パートナーの管理・ディレクション

◆応募要件
・大学卒業または同等の資格
・5~8年程度の広報実務経験、または報道機関での実務経験
・日本語:ネイティブレベル(高い文章作成力および口頭表現力)
・英語:ビジネス上級レベル(担当領域の概況・進捗・課題を口頭で説明でき、グローバル会議の内容を理解し実務に反映できるレベル)※英語による面接あり

◆望ましいスキル・経験
・テクノロジー、コンサルティング、またはB2Bビジネス環境での実務経験
・最新のメディア動向、手法、ツールに関する知識
・広報活動の成果をモニタリングし、分析・報告まで行った経験
・広報コンテンツやイベントの高い企画・実行力

・経営層を含む多様なステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
・優先順位を的確に判断し、複数業務を自律的に推進できる力
