En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de participar activamente en iniciativas end‑to‑end, aportando tu expertise en la definición de visión estratégica, arquitectura técnica y comercialización de nuevas capacidades. Buscamos perfiles senior, con fuerte criterio técnico, visión sistémica y capacidad para operar en múltiples dominios en simultáneo.
Cómo será tu día a día
- Definir la visión estratégica y la hoja de ruta de nuevos dominios tecnológicos, con un horizonte de 2 a 3 años.
- Analizar oportunidades de mercado y posicionamiento competitivo para capacidades emergentes.
- Diseñar arquitecturas de referencia que integren inteligencia artificial, edge computing, IoT y analítica en tiempo real.
- Liderar prototipos tempranos, pruebas de concepto (PoC) y programas piloto.
- Garantizar alineación con estándares de arquitectura empresarial, AI Refinery y principios de plataforma.
- Establecer principios de seguridad, confiabilidad y escalabilidad para entornos productivos.
- Construir y gestionar alianzas estratégicas con OEMs, hyperscalers y partners tecnológicos emergentes.
- Impulsar iniciativas de co‑innovación y desarrollo conjunto con el ecosistema.
- Definir criterios claros para la transición de pilotos a ofertas repetibles y escalables.
- Empaquetar capacidades validadas en aceleradores o servicios gestionados generadores de ingresos.
- Colaborar con líderes de Industria y Grupos de Negocio para su adopción vertical.
- Establecer marcos de gobernanza, seguridad, riesgo y cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Alinear las iniciativas con principios de Responsible AI, ciberseguridad y riesgo operativo.
- Participar en revisiones trimestrales de inversión por dominio y seguimiento de hitos.
Qué buscamos – Requisitos excluyentes
- Más de 15 años de experiencia en inteligencia artificial, ingeniería avanzada, edge computing, IoT, analítica en tiempo real u otras tecnologías emergentes.
- Experiencia comprobada liderando la definición de soluciones y arquitectura técnica en entornos enterprise.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia incubando y comercializando nuevas capacidades técnicas, desde validación de concepto hasta su escalado como ofertas.
- Experiencia sólida lanzando nuevas capacidades técnicas con hitos claros desde el piloto hasta la oferta escalada.
- Capacidad para operar en entornos ambiguos y en etapas tempranas, con ejecución disciplinada y gobernanza clara.
- Sólidas habilidades de gestión de stakeholders ejecutivos y comunicación estratégica.
- Licenciatura o experiencia práctica equivalente.
- Inglés avanzado / bilingüe.

- Experiencia gestionando alianzas de ecosistema y programas de co‑innovación con OEMs y partners tecnológicos.
- Conocimiento del ecosistema cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) aplicado a dominios emergentes.
- Participación en modelos de inversión, financiamiento o venture building tecnológico.
- Experiencia en iniciativas de Responsible AI, seguridad o cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Capacidad para asegurar sponsorship ejecutivo y alineación de inversiones.
