• Expérience en transformation, gestion de projet ou conduite du changement

• Expérience en business analysis ou data management est un plus

• Bonne compréhension des dynamiques de transformation des organisations

• Maîtrise des méthodologies de change management (analyse d’impact, stakeholder management, plan d’accompagnement)

• Capacité à animer des ateliers, fédérer les parties prenantes et faciliter la prise de décision
