- Lead design of FDI-powered executive dashboards supporting CFO-, COO-, and business-unit-level decision-making.
- Define data governance, metric ownership, and reconciliation standards to ensure FDI insights align with GL and subledger reporting.
Solution Oversight & Quality Assurance
- Serve as design authority for all reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with Oracle leading practices and client objectives.

- Lead reconciliation strategies across legacy systems, Oracle subledgers, general ledger, and FDI analytics outputs.
- Partner with Internal Audit and Risk teams to address reporting-related control considerations.
Value Realization & Executive Enablement
- Define analytics value cases and success metrics (e.g., reduced manual reporting, faster close insights, improved forecast accuracy).
- Lead executive storytelling and enablement to drive adoption of FDI and Oracle analytics capabilities.
- Own post-go-live reporting and analytics optimization and roadmap expansion.
Team Leadership & Firm Contribution
- Lead and mentor managers, consultants, and offshore teams across reporting and analytics workstreams.
