Contracting Legal Professionals (CLPs) within Accenture’s Corporate Growth Functions team provide legal, commercial, and contracting support to enable Accenture’s global business. In this role, you will advise on complex technology and services transactions, help manage legal and commercial risk, and partner closely with business and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, negotiating high‑impact agreements across digital, cloud, and emerging technologies while continuously developing your expertise as a trusted legal and business advisor.

What you’ll do

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data‑related contracts
  • Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and emerging technologies
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations
  • Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives
  • Collaborate with senior legal professionals on more complex matters

Who you are

You are a commercially minded lawyer who thrives in a dynamic, high‑volume environment and enjoys working at the intersection of law, technology, and business. You bring strong judgment, confidence in negotiations, and the ability to translate legal risk into practical guidance.

  • Law degree (JD or equivalent) and authorization to practice law in at least one jurisdiction 
  • Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in‑house legal team, ideally within technology, consulting, or outsourcing 
  • Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues 
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast‑moving environment 
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong business judgment
