En tant qu’Expert Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – RTCDP et/ou Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), vous intervenez au cœur des dispositifs de transformation data et marketing de nos clients grands comptes.
Vous accompagnez les équipes métiers et IT dans la conception, l’implémentation et l’optimisation de cas d’usage de personnalisation, d’orchestration omnicanale et d’activation data, en vous appuyant sur les capacités avancées d’Adobe Experience Platform.
Selon votre profil (technique, fonctionnel ou hybride), vous intervenez sur tout ou partie du cycle projet : cadrage, conception, delivery, gouvernance et optimisation continue.
Vos missions
Sur la dimension fonctionnelle
Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers afin de concevoir des use cases de personnalisation et d’orchestration omnicanale
Définir les parcours clients temps réel et batch dans Adobe Journey Optimizer
Travailler sur la segmentation, l’activation d’audiences et la logique de décision
Contribuer aux phases de recette, de conduite du changement et de formation
Sur la dimension technique
Participer à la mise en œuvre d’Adobe Experience Platform
Configurer et exploiter les schémas XDM, datasets, identités et règles de gouvernance
Implémenter et exploiter la Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP)
Mettre en œuvre les parcours et activations dans Adobe Journey Optimizer
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des intégrations de données en s’appuyant sur les capacités et connecteurs natifs Adobe ainsi que des intégrations custom basées sur des APIs (batch, streaming, event-driven)
Exploiter les APIs Adobe Experience Platform et Adobe Journey Optimizer pour l'ingestion et l’exposition de données, l'activation d’audiences et de parcours ainsi que l'interconnexion avec des systèmes tiers (CRM, back-end, outils digitaux)
Votre profil
Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs, université ou équivalent)
Expérience confirmée (5 ans ou plus) sur Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP et/ou Adobe Journey Optimizer ou sur des solutions Martech / CDP / Marketing Automation équivalentes
Profil technique, fonctionnel, ou hybride
Bonne compréhension des enjeux data, marketing digital et personnalisation
À l’aise avec les logiques d’intégration API, architectures événementielles et échanges de données temps réel
À l’aise dans des environnements complexes et multi-interlocuteurs
Français et anglais professionnels
