Dans le cadre de l’accélération de notre activité, nous recrutons un(e) Sales Lead Adobe, en charge de piloter la croissance sur la France, la Belgique et le Luxembourg.

Vous occuperez un poste clé au sein de notre équipe commerciale, dédiée à la création de la meilleure expérience client au monde grâce à la technologie, en collaboration avec nos experts dans chaque domaine.

Vos principales missions:

  • Développer des relations avec les principaux acheteurs et décideurs chez nos grands clients

  • Développer des relations avec les responsables des ventes/plateformes et les chargés de comptes afin de participer conjointement aux activités de prévente et de qualification

  • Etablir et entretenir des liens solides avec les clients/partenaires

  • Collaborer efficacement avec la direction générale pour maintenir son soutien continu aux propositions

  • Collaborer efficacement avec les équipes commerciales et de gestion de comptes d'Accenture sur les grands comptes Accenture afin de stimuler la prospection et les ventes jusqu'à la conversion

  • Utilisez des éléments différenciateurs pour élaborer des propositions uniques

  • Influencer le processus de sélection et les critères d’évaluation du client

  • Initier, structurer et gérer la transition réussie de l'opportunité vers l'équipe de réalisation

  • Identifier l'opportunité et la gérer de sa création à la prévente, puis à la conclusion de la vente

  • Établir une stratégie de qualification et de vente ainsi qu'une cartographie des forces

  • Veiller au maintien d'un avantage concurrentiel

  • Rester focus sur un secteur d'activité et sur les connaissances relatives à ce secteur, et aider l'équipe commerciale de chaque pays à utiliser ces connaissances pour vendre.

  • Promouvoir une expérience client de classe mondiale, en interne comme en externe

  • Rendre compte de l’avancement des projets à chaque étape à l’équipe de direction tant au niveau régional qu’au niveau de la direction EMEA.

Le métier de Sales lead Adobe est fait pour vous si vous avez :

  •  Une expérience avérée dans le pilotage des activités de conseil en vente et/ou en stratégie, notamment dans le domaine de l'expérience client axée sur la technologie
  •  Une grande capacité à générer des ventes et établir des relations avec les dirigeants (niveau C-suite), tant chez les clients établis que chez les clients émergents.
  • Une connaissance du secteur/des ventes (le cas échéant) et compréhension des dernières tendances du secteur afin d'élaborer des propositions de valeur stratégiques à présenter au client.
  •  Une posture de conseiller de confiance dans le domaine de l'expérience client.
