Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive:
Stiamo cercando un Data Scientist che si unirà al nostro crescente team Song -Marketing Data & AI. In questo ruolo, ti occuperai di supportare la realizzazione di soluzioni efficaci di marketing basate sui dati, contribuire allo sviluppo di modelli, generare insight e collaborare strettamente con diversi stakeholder interni per ottenere risultati aziendali concreti. In particolare potrai:
• Collaborare con i team dei Clienti: Supportare le attività di coinvolgimento dei clienti e contribuire a costruire solide relazioni con il Cliente.
• Eseguire flussi di lavoro in ambito analytics: Preparare i dati, costruire modelli, validare e generare output sotto la guida dei membri senior del team.
• Lavorare in aree funzionali trasversali: Collaborare con i settori di data engineering, media strategy, digital marketing e strategia aziendale per supportare una consegna olistica e integrata.
• Garantire qualità nelle analisi: Applicare le migliori pratiche nello sviluppo dei modelli e nell'assicurazione di qualità per fornire risultati solidi e affidabili.
• Contribuire allo sviluppo delle conoscenze del team: Supportare lo sviluppo di best practices, metodologie e risorse riutilizzabili per l'offerta analitica.
Competenze richieste:
• Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in discipline quantitative come Statistica, Economia, Marketing Science, Data Science o Ingegneria.
• Almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza in ruoli che vertono sull'analisi dati.
• Comprensione dei canali di media e marketing, inclusi quelli digitali, offline e promozionali.
• Esperienza nell'uso di strumenti come R, Python, SAS, SQL per la modellazione e analisi dei dati.
• Buone competenze comunicative, con la capacità di presentare i risultati in modo chiaro sia a un pubblico tecnico che non tecnico.
Qualifiche preferenziali:
• Esperienza nel lavoro in un ambiente di consulenza o con grandi clienti aziendali.
• Familiarità con attribuzione multi-touch (MTA), test di incrementabilità o analisi di prestazioni digitali.
• Conoscenza di piattaforme cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) e strumenti di visualizzazione dei dati (Power BI, Tableau).
• Comprensione delle sfide specifiche del settore in ambiti come CPG, retail, tecnologia o servizi finanziari.
