Business Analyst (F/H)
Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes à Marseille, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst avec une orientation gestion de projet, disposant idéalement d’une sensibilité aux enjeux Customer Services (Material management, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul, Technical documentation), pour intervenir sur des projets à forts enjeux, notamment dans le secteur de l’aéronautique.
Vous interviendrez au cœur des projets, en lien étroit avec les équipes métiers, projets, afin de structurer, piloter et sécuriser la performance des programmes tout en contribuant à l’amélioration de l’expérience client et de la qualité de service.
🎯 Vos missions
- Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers, notamment liés aux activités Customer Services (support client, maintenance, services après-vente, performance opérationnelle)
- Accompagner le pilotage de projets et/ou de portefeuilles (PMO)
- Mettre en place et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI, reporting, tableaux de bord), incluant des indicateurs de qualité de service et de satisfaction client
- Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus opérationnels et Customer Services
- Assurer la coordination des parties prenantes (métiers, opérations, support client)
- Suivre les plans d’actions visant l’amélioration continue de la performance et de l’expérience client
- Participer à la conduite du changement auprès des équipes métiers et opérationnelles

🧩 Profil recherché
- Formation supérieure (école d’ingénieur, commerce ou université)
- Expérience minimum de 3/4 ans en Business Analysis et/ou PMO
- Expérience ou forte appétence pour les environnements Customer Services / opérations clients
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de pilotage, de reporting et d’analyse de performance
- Compréhension des enjeux de qualité de service, SLA et satisfaction client
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de communication
- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit collaboratif
Une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique (programmes industriels, MRO, support en service, environnements normés) serait un véritable atout.
