Cosa farai
All’interno della practice EUX avrai l’opportunità di:
Disegnare e realizzare architetture tecnologiche innovative che supportino il miglioramento continuo della Digital Employee Experience.
Progettare e implementare soluzioni di virtualizzazione di desktop e applicazioni in contesti Hybrid Cloud.
Definire e sviluppare automazioni sulle piattaforme di Workplace e Mobile Device Management, contribuendo alla loro ottimizzazione ed evoluzione.
Evolvere i servizi di Service Desk e Workplace per gli utenti finali, facendo leva su Workplace Analytics, Intelligenza Artificiale e modelli data-driven.
Ricoprire un ruolo di advisor per grandi realtà aziendali, supportandole nelle scelte strategiche su tecnologie Workplace ed Enterprise Service Management.

Chi stiamo cercando
Cerchiamo professionisti che abbiano:
2 o più anni di esperienza in ambito consulenziale o su progetti trasformativi in grandi organizzazioni aziendali.
Esperienza in programmi di trasformazione per l’introduzione o l’evoluzione di soluzioni di: Service Management; Endpoint / Workplace Management; Enterprise Collaboration; Virtualizzazione e remotizzazione delle postazioni di lavoro
Capacità di ricoprire o supportare un ruolo di riferimento sul progetto, collaborando alla gestione di tempi, stakeholder e dipendenze.
Competenze specialistiche su una o più delle seguenti aree tecnologiche: Endpoint & Device Management: Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Ivanti, BigFix, Adaptiva, Virtual Desktop & App Virtualization (Hybrid Cloud): Citrix Cloud, Horizon Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop, Enterprise Collaboration: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Digital Employee Experience: strumenti per il monitoraggio e il miglioramento dell’esperienza utente (es. Nexthink); Soluzioni AI per Service Management e Workplace Services: strumenti e piattaforme per l’automazione e il miglioramento dei servizi IT e Workplace (es: BMC Helix, Atlassian, Ivanti)
Dimestichezza con automazione in ambito sistemistico su sistemi operativi client (es. PowerShell scripting su Windows 11).
Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie Enterprise: Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, KMS, Certification Authority.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
