• Almeno 4 anni di esperienza su progetti backend e/o di system integration
• Ottima conoscenza di Java e OOP e dei principali framework (Spring / Spring Boot), utilizzati in progetti per aziende di notevoli dimensioni, con architetture evolute
• Esperienza nella progettazione e sviluppo di RESTful API (OpenAPI/Swagger è un plus)
• Buona conoscenza di SQL e modellazione dati
• Capacità di analisi tecnico-funzionale
• Familiarità con strumenti e pratiche di sviluppo moderne (Git, CI/CD, code review)
• Conoscenza dei principi di sicurezza applicativa e gestione identità/accessi (es. OAuth2, JWT) o disponibilità ad apprenderli
• Inglese fluente, scritto e parlato

Nice to have
• Conoscenza di Python
• Esperienza con architetture a microservizi, container (Docker) e orchestrazione (Kubernetes)
• Conoscenza di cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) e servizi gestiti (API Gateway, messaging, database)
• Esperienza con messaging/event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ) e pattern asincroni
