Perfil que buscamos

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras con fuerte componente analítico o tecnológico.
• +10 años de experiencia laboral relevante en consultoría, desarrollo de negocios, o roles client-facing en entornos de tecnología, datos o transformación digital.
• Orientación comercial fuerte: disfrutas identificar oportunidades con clientes, estructurar soluciones de alto valor, presentar a C-level y cerrar acuerdos complejos.
• Alta capacidad analítica demostrada (perfiles que naturalmente buscan meterse en los datos para entender y resolver problemas).
• +3 años liderando o coordinando equipos (proyectos, iniciativas cross-funcionales, etc.).
• Conocimiento práctico y actualizado de inteligencia artificial (LLMs, agentes, aplicaciones reales en negocio) y manejo estratégico de datos.
• Excelente capacidad para explicar conceptos complejos de forma clara y persuasiva (a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas).
• Inglés avanzado (fluido en conversaciones con clientes y equipos globales).
