We are seeking an Experienced GIS Analyst to join our Industry Consulting practice, focusing on the Utilities sector. In this role, you will be at the heart of the world's finest global utilities organizations by solving complex spatial and operational challenges. You will work at the heart of global utility providers, collaborating on innovative projects that merge deep industry knowledge with advanced geospatial technology. By integrating ArcGIS capabilities with Geo-localization products and broader AI strategies, you will design and execute solutions that improve how the world works and lives.
You will make change happen by integrating deep industry knowledge with expertise across strategy, consulting, digital, technology, security, and operations.
HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE?
You will collaborate on innovative, large-scale global programs, bringing your industry-specific knowledge and creativity to bear.
Your Everyday Responsibilities Will Include:
- Business Transformation: Participate in major global programs to help utility clients design and implement new business processes, organizational capabilities, and digitally enabled solutions.
- Strategic Positioning: Provide clients with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance and sustained growth.
- Solution Definition: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary global team to define and implement complex solutions across mission-critical utility systems.
- Strategic Spatial Implementation: Participate in large-scale programs to design and implement new digitally enabled solutions, specifically focusing on the ArcGIS Utility Network and spatial business processes.
- Geo-Localization & Asset Tracking: Manage and optimize geo-localization products to track utility assets (Electric, Gas, or Water) in real-time, improving field workforce efficiency and location accuracy.
- Advanced Spatial Analytics: Apply expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI to spatial datasets to solve problems in asset management, smart grid optimization, and predictive maintenance.
- Real-Time Data Integration: Work within a multi-disciplinary global team to define data and AI-driven solutions, bridging the gap between GIS, IoT sensors, and enterprise data platforms.
- Lifecycle Management: Detail business requirements for geospatial applications and work with product development teams across the lifecycle, from initial spatial modeling to field testing and deployment.

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory Requirements:
ArcGIS Experience: Deep knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform (Pro, Enterprise, Online) and experience with ArcGIS Utility Network or Network Analyst.
Geo-Localization: Proven track record in projects involving high-precision geo-localization, GPS/GNSS integration, or mobile mapping solutions (e.g., ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123).
Education: Graduates or advanced students in relevant careers.
Language: Advanced English proficiency (both oral and written).
Desirable Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in spatial data engineering and data science, with the ability to integrate AI/ML models for spatial pattern recognition and anomaly detection.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Utilities sector (Power, Water, or Gas) and familiarity with industry-standard data models (e.g., CIM, UN).
Leadership: Proven experience as a Team Lead, demonstrating the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team resources to achieve project and professional goals.
Project Frameworks: Proficiency in business transformation and project lifecycle frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Consulting & Management: Experience in management consulting and managing geospatial product roadmaps.
Technical Toolkit (Desirable)
Programming: Python (ArcPy, GeoPandas), SQL, or JavaScript for web-based GIS applications.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with GIS deployments on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Field Hardware: Familiarity with high-accuracy GNSS receivers (e.g., Trimble, Leica) and their integration with ArcGIS.
