Deine Mission
Werde Teil unseres Industry‑X‑Teams und entwickle Jigs‑&‑Tools‑Konzepte, die stabile Produktionsprozesse und eine reibungslose Montage über alle Bauphasen hinweg ermöglichen. Von der ersten Idee über die Integration neuer Fertigungstechnologien bis zur Übergabe an die Fertigung begleitest du den kompletten Entwicklungs‑ und Realisierungsprozess.

Das erwartet dich
Entwickle moderne Jigs‑&‑Tools‑Konzepte
Du stimmst dich eng mit Manufacturing Engineers ab, leitest aus ihren Anforderungen technische Konzepte ab und erstellst Spezifikationen für nationale und internationale Ausschreibungen.
Übernimm Verantwortung im gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
Du bewertest Angebote, führst Design Reviews entlang des Meilensteinplans durch und begleitest technische Entscheidungen bis zur finalen Umsetzung.
Begleite Aufbau & Inbetriebnahme der Vorrichtungen
Du überwachst Montageprozesse, Tests, Abnahmen und stellst sicher, dass Lieferantendokumentationen vollständig, korrekt und beanstandungsfrei sind.
Bringe elektrotechnisches Know‑how ein (wenn relevant)
Dazu gehören das Lesen und Prüfen von Schaltplänen, das Aufspüren von Fehlern, die Kontrolle von Schaltschrank‑Hardware sowie Erfahrungen mit Tools wie E‑Plan oder SPS TIA Step 7.
Darauf freuen wir uns
Einem Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Fertigungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Technikerausbildung sowie 3–5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Maschinenanlagenbau, der Fertigungstechnik oder im elektrotechnischen Umfeld.
Fundierten Kenntnissen in Catia V5 nach Airbus‑Richtlinien bzw. Erfahrung in Elektrotechnik, Sensorik, Automatisierungstechnik, Programmierung oder Steuerungstechnik. Tools wie E‑Plan und SPS TIA Step 7 sind ein Muss; WinCC, SCADA, Wallix sowie MURR, Siemens, Festo oder Lenze sind von Vorteil.
Ausgeprägtem technischen Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, Toleranzen sowie die Konstruktion von Betriebs‑ und Fertigungsmitteln.
Erfahrung in Projektleitungsaufgaben, der Zusammenarbeit in multifunktionalen Teams und der klaren Aufbereitung komplexer Arbeitsergebnisse für Entscheidungsrunden.
Bewusstsein für Compliance‑Risiken, integres Handeln, fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gutes technisches Englisch.
