Deine Mission
In deiner Rolle gestaltest du gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden unternehmensweite Innovations- und Wachstumsstrategien. Du entwickelst strategische Zielbilder und Transformationsarchitekturen und überführst diese in skalierbare Initiativen, die messbaren Business Impact erzeugen. Dabei agierst du als strategischer Sparringspartner für Senior Stakeholder und unterstützt insbesondere Kund:innen aus der Konsumgüter- und Einzelhandelsindustrie dabei, Innovation systematisch zu operationalisieren und organisatorisch zu verankern.

Das erwartet dich
Strategie in Umsetzung bringen
Du entwickelst Innovations- und Wachstumsstrategien auf Enterprise-Ebene, übersetzt Zielbilder in Roadmaps, Governance-Architekturen und Transformationsprogramme und begleitest Kund:innen von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur nachhaltigen Implementierung.
Innovative Lösungen entwickeln
Du gestaltest neue Geschäftsmodelle, Portfolio- und Operating-Model-Ansätze und stellst sicher, dass strategische Konzepte strukturell skalierbar und wertorientiert umgesetzt werden.
Kreativität und Veränderungsbereitschaft entfachen
Du inspirierst Stakeholder, identifizierst Potenziale, moderierst Workshops und schaffst die Grundlage für Innovationsfähigkeit und kulturellen Wandel.
Strukturen schaffen, die wirken
Du entwickelst Entscheidungs- und Governance-Logiken, KPI-Systeme sowie organisationsweite Strukturen, die Innovation dauerhaft in der Unternehmensarchitektur verankern.
Führung übernehmen
Du leitest (Teil-)Programme, orchestrierst interdisziplinäre Teams über Strategy, Design, Tech und Data hinweg und treibst Business Development sowie Account-Aufbau im Consumer-Umfeld aktiv voran.
Darauf freuen wir uns
- Hervorragender akademischer oder beruflicher Hintergrund, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Strategieberatung oder Corporate Innovation
- 5–10 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Innovations-, Wachstums- oder Transformationsstrategien inkl. Operationalisierung (z. B. Operating Models, digitale Geschäftsmodelle)
- Nachweisliche Entwicklung und Umsetzung unternehmensweiter Strategien auf Enterprise-Ebene
- Fähigkeit, als strategischer Sparringspartner auf C-Level zu agieren
- Tiefes Branchenverständnis für Konsumgüter und Einzelhandel entlang der Wertschöpfungskette (Trends, Marktmechaniken, Zukunftsthemen)
- Erfahrung in der Orchestrierung komplexer Programme, Teams und Stakeholder-Strukturen inkl. Business Development
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
