The Work:
The Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence Application Architecture team provides functional architecture support for our sales and pricing tools, ensuring their stability, alignment, and performance.
As an Application Architecture Associate Manager in the Integration space, you will work with various teams and stakeholders to manage and execute the integration requests between various applications and our sales and pricing data sources. You will also contribute to the design, testing, and maintenance of our tools and processes.
The role requires a high level of attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills. As Associate Manager you will also contribute to the improvement of existing processes, documentation, and training of junior members.
You will:
Support the integration of sales and pricing data between different applications and platforms
Manage the workflow of requests and approvals using PowerApps tool
Participate in meetings and document notes and action items
Ensure the completion of Sales Excellence actions and follow up with stakeholders
Gather and manage access lists from Application teams
Collaborate with the Security team to enforce access policies and standards
Create and revise the process guides for operational tasks and procedures
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the design and functionality of the tools and processes
Work closely with the CIO Integration teams to support integration requests
Review the access and usage of the Sales and Pricing data sources and identify any issues or gaps
Contribute to the advancement of the integration related objectives and strategies
Train and mentor the junior members of the team

Here’s what you need:
Undergraduate degree
Typically have a minimum 4-5+ years of relevant experience
English language fluency (oral and written)
Proficient in Excel and familiar with formulas and data manipulation
Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to follow the established procedures and protocols
Independent and team-oriented, able to work autonomously and collaboratively
Basic knowledge of sales and pricing data and tools and how they are used in the business
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills, able to interact with various stakeholders and teams
Ability to understand the high-level requirements and expectations of the different teams and applications
Potential to supervise a small team with guidance from a supervisor
Confident in engaging with senior leadership within the scope of responsibility
Responsible for an area of medium size and complexity
Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, release cutover weekends, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution).
Extra credit if you have:
Business Management education desirable
Experience with PowerApps and/or working with CIO Integration teams
Understanding of sales processes and tools (e.g., Manage mySales) preferred
