Rol:

El Data Analyst es un rol que combina capacidades de ingeniería de datos y análisis de negocio, con el objetivo de habilitar la toma de decisiones del área de marketing mediante el uso efectivo de la información. Es responsable de asegurar la disponibilidad, calidad e integración de datos, así como de generar insights accionables sobre el desempeño comercial.

Responsabilidades:

• Analizar datos multicanal para identificar insights accionables que soporten la toma de decisiones de los equipos de marketing.

• Integrar y cruzar información proveniente de distintas fuentes internas y externas, incluyendo bases de datos en Azure y Databricks.

• Ajustar, mantener y evolucionar modelos analíticos y pipelines de datos de acuerdo con cambios en los requerimientos del negocio.

• Identificar patrones, oportunidades y riesgos a partir de los datos.

• Documentar definiciones de métricas, modelos de atribución y la lógica analítica utilizada para garantizar consistencia y trazabilidad.

Requerimientos del puesto:

• Experiencia de 1 a 3 años como data analytics

• Conocimientos en SQL y Python (nivel básico a intermedio).

• Excelente dominio de Excel.

• Construcción, mantenimiento y actualización de dashboards.

• Manejo de bases de datos, así como procesos de limpieza y transformación de datos.

• Experiencia en herramientas de visualización:

  • Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau u otras.

• Inglés B2
