In our Industry X teams within Advanced Technology Center Poland, we implement and develop Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MOM) for leading industrial clients, connecting shop floor with enterprise IT and enabling data‑driven production.
THE WORK
- Support and develop AVEVA MES solutions in the client’s production environment, ensuring stability and evolution of MES/MOM platforms.
- Work with AVEVA System Platform (maintenance, configuration, development) as a key component of industrial IT architectures.
- Create and maintain SSRS reports, turning production data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Analyze manufacturing data and work with MS SQL Server databases (SSMS), including querying, troubleshooting and optimization.
- Provide application support to business users and resolve MES‑related incidents in cooperation with operations and IT teams.
- Collaborate with international project teams and other Industry X groups to deliver end‑to‑end MES/MOM solutions.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Commercial experience working with AVEVA System Platform in production or industrial environments.
- Strong experience with MS SQL Server (SSMS), including very good understanding of relational databases and relationships between tables.
- Ability to create and modify SSRS reports based on production and process data.
- Experience with MES/MOM environments and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Programming skills in Visual Basic and/or C#.
- Very good command of English allowing effective collaboration with clients and international teams.
- Independence in task delivery (Mid/Senior level), combined with a strong team‑working and problem‑solving attitude.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of Work Tasks in AVEVA MES.
- Experience in Work Tasks development and customizations.
- Ability to design and modify MES workflows.
- Experience in configuring MES processes in AVEVA environments.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for front‑end or workflow‑related custom logic.
