Deine Mission
In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von fortschrittlichen Datenmanagementlösungen, die Data Governance, Datenqualität, Data Lineage und Metadatenmanagement umfassen. Als erster Kontakt für unsere Kunden im Bankenumfeld übernimmst du die Projektleitung und koordinierst deine KollegInnen im Projekt. Neben deinen Aufgaben in den Projekten trägst du disziplinarische Verantwortung und förderst die berufliche Entwicklung deiner Teammitglieder. Des Weiteren spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Themenentwicklung, Akquise und im Aufbau neuer Kooperationen mit Technologiepartnern, sowie in der Pflege bestehender Partnerschaften.

Das erwartet dich
Konzipiere und setze um: Deine Aufgaben beziehen sich darauf, innovative Datenmanagement-Lösungen für unsere Kunden aus verschiedenen Industrien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
Leite deine Mitarbeiter: Neben deinen Projektaufgaben, leitest und führst du dein Team und stehst als erster Ansprechpartner für industriespezifische, sowie technische Fragen zur Verfügung.
Arbeite vertrieblich mit: Ebenfalls kannst du dich im Bereich Akquise und Vertrieb beweisen. Du unterstützt bei der Themenentwicklung und arbeitest aktiv an der Gewinnung von Neukunden mit.
Analysiere und gestalte: Du analysierst Daten und Datenverarbeitungsprozesse in komplexen IT-Landschaften und gestaltest gleichzeitig effiziente Datenmodelle für große Datenmengen für unsere Kunden.
Optimiere und unterstütze: Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung? Dann gibt es noch eine weitere spannende Aufgabe für dich: Du darfst Prozesse, Methoden und Standards entwerfen, um unsere Kunden im Datenmanagement zu unterstützen.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data Analysis & Design mit starkem Fokus auf SQL, relationale Datenbanken, Datenmodellierung, ETL‑Grundverständnis sowie der Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten für Business‑Fragestellungen.

Sicherer Umgang mit BI‑ und Visualisierungstools (z. B. Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) sowie solide technische Grundlagen (u. a. Python über Studienniveau), mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Business-/Data‑Analytics.

Praktische Erfahrung im Data‑Governance‑ und Data‑Quality‑Umfeld, inklusive Frameworks wie DAMA‑DMBOK und Data Mesh, Aufbau von Glossar, Taxonomien und Data Lineage sowie praktischer Umgang mit Governance‑, Metadata‑ und DQ‑Tools (z. B. Collibra, D‑Quantum, Ab Initio, Informatica) zur Bewertung und Empfehlung kundenindividueller Data‑Quality‑Architekturen.

Starkes Beratungs-, Präsentations‑ und Kommunikations‑Skillset (auf Deutsch & Englisch), Anwendung von Design Thinking sowie Erfahrung in der Angebotserstellung, bei der Business‑ und technische Anforderungen überzeugend zusammengeführt werden.

Nice to have: Erfahrung mit Cloud‑Plattformen (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Big‑Data‑Technologien (z. B. Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), API‑Integration und skalierbaren Datenpipelines sowie Programmierkenntnisse in Python, R oder Java zur erweiterten Datenmanipulation.
