• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Automotive Warranty Auditor, Kfz-Mechaniker, Automobilingenieur oder in vergleichbarer Funktion
  (Erfahrung als Service Manager oder Aftersales Manager ist ein Plus).
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Automotive-Retail, insbesondere in Werkstatt- und Serviceprozessen sowie den dazugehörigen Systemen – idealerweise im OEM-Umfeld.
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Fahrzeugtechnik und OEM-spezifischen Reparaturtechnologien.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie allgemeine IT-Affinität.
• Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität und Freude an einer überwiegend mobilen Tätigkeit.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten beim Kunden.
• Muttersprachliche Sprachkenntnisse der jeweiligen Landessprache; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
