• Almeno 2 anni di esperienza su piattaforma mainframe z/OS.

• Esperienza nella gestione di CICS (installazione, configurazione, upgrade, tuning, CTG, CICSPLEX).
• Esperienza nell’amministrazione di MQ for z/OS (Queue Manager, code, canali, clustering).
• Buona conoscenza di JCL, TSO/ISPF e dei principali strumenti di diagnostica.
• Conoscenza di base di networking (TCP/IP, VTAM) e security.
• Diploma tecnico o titolo di studio equivalente in ambito informatico.

PLUS (NICE TO HAVE)

• Esperienza con strumenti di monitoraggio come Omegamon, MainView, Sysview.
• Competenze di scripting (REXX e/o CLIST) per l’automazione delle attività sistemistiche.
• Esperienza nella gestione di ambienti ad alta affidabilità e procedure di Disaster Recovery.
• Attitudine all’analisi proattiva dei problemi e al miglioramento continuo dei processi.
• Capacità di lavorare in contesti complessi e mission-critical.
