• Einen exzellenten akademischen Hintergrund (Master) in (Wirtschafts‑)Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik, Management oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen.

• Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Problemlösung und die Fähigkeit, Hypothesen sauber abzuleiten und zu testen.

• Erste einschlägige Berufs- oder Praxiserfahrung (bis zu 3 Jahre), z. B. durch anspruchsvolle Praktika / Werkstudententätigkeiten in der Managementberatung, Transformation, im Engineering/R&D oder in Industrieprojekten

• Grundverständnis der Produktentstehung und deren Prozesse, Methoden und Tools

• Sehr gute PowerPoint‑ und Excel‑Skills zur Erstellung hochwertiger Projekt‑Deliverables.

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft.
