O profissional atuará de forma integrada aos times de engenharia, contribuindo para releases seguros, resposta eficiente a incidentes e melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais.
 

Principais responsabilidades:

• Monitorar aplicações e plataformas, identificando proativamente riscos e anomalias

• Atuar na triagem e coordenação de incidentes, com comunicação clara e registro de ações

• Apoiar atividades de release e deploy (validações, janelas de mudança e rollback)

• Manter e evoluir runbooks, dashboards, alertas e documentação operacional

• Contribuir para automação de rotinas e melhoria contínua das operações
   

Stacks e conhecimentos esperados:

• DevOps / IT Operations

• Kubernetes (nível operacional): Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps/Secrets (básico), leitura de logs e validação de rollouts

• Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP): IAM básico, fundamentos de rede, logging, monitoring e controles operacionais

• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI ou Jenkins (execução e suporte)

• Observabilidade: logs, métricas e traces

• ITSM: incident, change e release management (SLAs/SLOs)

Diferenciais:

• Experiência com Incident Management e postmortems

• Noções de Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep ou CloudFormation)

• Certificações cloud, Kubernetes ou ITIL

• Vivência em ambientes regulados (ex.: financeiro/banking)

• Inglês avançado
