Your job
As a consultant specialized in Identity & Access Management, you will help organizations in shaping their IAM journey. You will be working in large IAM transformations spanning across multiple countries.
- People Build trusted relationships with your clients’ IAM stakeholders.
- Processes Perform IAM business analysis and shape IAM strategies and roadmaps.
- Technology Design and deploy Identity Governance solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and OneIdentity and translate business requirements into technical implementations.
- Data Utilize data of the clients’ application landscape as well as IAM systems in order to design solutions and integrations.

- Manage and deliver projects from the early planning phase through the successful deployment of our tailored solutions
- Grow our Digital Identity team by attracting the right talent and by driving sales activities through client workshops and proposals.
- Assist clients in developing strategies to help secure their most critical assets by providing high value consultancy work.
- Coordinate international teams of experts to bring the best value to our clients.
- Perform current state assessments of our client’s security posture, including benchmarking/maturity assessments, developing strategies and roadmaps for improvement.

Your background
Our ideal candidate truly enjoys his or her work, is eager, flexible and has a “can do “attitude. Moreover:
- Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, preferably as a consultant, team lead, product owner or project manager
- Experience with Identity & Access Management technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk or ForgeRock
- You enjoy (pre)sales discussions and answering proposals.
- You have basic project management skills to coordinate a team.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- You have strong interpersonal skills: able to work in a team and work under pressure
- Working knowledge of English and Dutch or French
- Experience in a professional services firm is a plus.
