Job Summary:

As a Marketing Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements and delivering actionable insights to improve customer experiences. You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop strategic solutions, leveraging your marketing expertise and analytical skills to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actionable Insights: Analyze data to construct quantified, actionable steps that address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Strategic Communication: Concisely communicate the value of key insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Deep dive into data to uncover meaningful insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Organizational Excellence: Prioritize workload effectively, demonstrating resilience under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate, a degree in Marketing or a related field with 4 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and data analysis platforms.
