Finance, Risk and Compliance Regulatory Reporting Manager in Banking
Accenture’s Finance, Risk and Compliance (‘FRC’ part of Strategy & Consulting) team focus on activities to tackle issues of importance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in the Financial Services industry (FS), helping them to transform the finance, risk and compliance function and make it future proof.
Your job will be to lead a team involved in these projects to help make our clients successful and contribute to Accenture’s growth. This includes understanding project specifics, steer project delivery (outcomes definition, team coordination, proactive risk management, dependencies management…), deep dive into detailed analysis while being able to maintain an overview of the initiative, managing stakeholders’ expectations and coaching your colleagues.
Besides the day-to-day projects, you will become an ambassador of Accenture (towards our clients, but also internally) and continue developing yourself and, by doing so, the company. This can be done by growing your expertise in key industry topics, taking ownership on topics and/or client relationships and/or support our sales efforts and developing innovative ideas in your domain.

Your background
Master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, …
5 to 8 years of experience within Financial Services industry in Banking Risk and/or Finance department, or Consulting company (assignments with a focus on banking related topics)
Functional and regulatory knowledge of financial reporting (COREP, FINREP, ANacredit ...)
Knowledge of banking regulatory landscape such as SREP, IREF, IFRS 9, Basel III & IV, EMIR, BEGAAP, ESG reporting (CSRD,…) and EBA/ECB guidelines
Strong knowledge amongst the following domains:
Financial planning, Budgeting, ALM and treasury, Data analytics and related tooling for finance and risk processes.
Risk Weighted Assets computations, Credit risk modelling (IRB) and financial reporting.
Risk and modelling framework (PD, LGD, VaR, T-VaR, Black & Scholes, Economical Scenario Generator, Stress testing framework).
Risk Management Framework (RMF), ICAAP, ILAAP, Risk Appetite Statements and Framework, RSCA/GRC tools
Demonstrate expertise in technology and innovative solutions relevant for the regulatory reporting in the banking industry.
At least 5 years of proven expertise in project management, gained within consulting firms or project departments.
Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, ….
Demonstrate entrepreneurship, proactive and driven mindset to steer and support ‘Business Development’ initiatives.
Work in a client facing environment in delivering changes through executing activities such as requirements definition, gap analysis and working with clients to design and deliver solutions. Experience and understanding of project steps to deliver Target Operating Model, and core banking transformation within regulatory reporting scope.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (abilities related to storytelling, stakeholder management, …), with the ability to coach and develop talents.
Knowledge of cloud technology such as Azure MS, Amazon AWS is an asset.
Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with a passive understanding of the other national language.
