• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation in Wirtschaft, Informatik oder Ingenieurwesen

• Erste relevante Erfahrung in Technologieberatung, IT‑Transformation oder Systemintegration – idealerweise im Finanzsektor

• Solides Grundverständnis von Kapitalmarktprozessen (z. B. Handel, Clearing, Settlement oder Marktdaten)

• Gutes Verständnis regulatorischer und technologischer Trends wie moderne Daten‑/Reporting‑Architekturen, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity, KI oder DLT

• Hohe Technikaffinität und Spaß daran, komplexe Systeme zu verstehen
