We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead strategic projects within the CFO & Enterprise Value team in Strategy & Consulting. You will be responsible for driving financial transformation initiatives with tangible impact, working directly with CFOs and executive teams in Spain and internationally. Your role will be key in defining the vision, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring value delivery in digital and financial transformation programs.

What you will do:

  • Define strategy and lead the implementation of end-to-end financial operating models (organization, processes, data, technology, and capabilities).

  • Manage teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.

  • Drive digitalization and optimization of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) through automation, advanced analytics, and generative AI-based solutions.

  • Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps, including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI copilots.

  • Advise CFOs and executive committees on diagnostics, business cases, and financial transformation programs.

  • Promote innovation and thought leadership on the future of finance and AI adoption in the financial domain.

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments (Big 4, strategic consulting firms).

  • Proven experience in:

    • Financial operating model transformation.

    • Financial process reengineering and digitalization.

    • Implementation of financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).

  • Advanced knowledge or strong interest in generative AI and agentic AI applications in finance.

  • Leadership skills, team management, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
