Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and other natural language processing (NLP) technologies and techniques, and strong programming skills in Python.
Exposure to benchmarking new AI models and open-source frameworks, and familiarity with prompt/context engineering and related concepts.
Exposure to deploying and managing AI/ML models using cloud-native platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI is desirable.
Ability to work in situations with uncertainty and ambiguity, showing a positive and proactive attitude.
Bonus Points For:
Exposure to different types of data storage technology (e.g., relational, document, knowledge graph), and vector databases for RAG etc.
Knowledge of data security and data privacy principles and regulations.
Familiarity with modern data engineering and processing tools such as Databricks, Apache Beam, or cloud-native data pipelines is a plus.
Basic understanding of containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) is helpful.
Exposure to building and integrating RESTful APIs (e.g., FastAPI) to serve models and connect AI components to enterprise applications is a plus.
Experience in version control and standard SDLC practices such as GIT, branches, pull requests, code reviews, unit testing.
Ability to leverage AI in your own ways of working, e.g. a structured approach to AI-assisted software development such as familiarity with GitHub Copilot or related tools.

Experience with agile development on multi-disciplinary project teams with distributed stakeholders.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Willingness to support and learn from more experienced team members.
