YOUR MISSION: 

• Learn directly from experienced Pega developers and architects, actively contributing to software projects from requirements analysis to technical design
• Build enterprise applications using the Pega low-code platform across all phases — development, deployment, operation, and monitoring
• Write clean, maintainable code when required, supporting integrations, extensions, and testing
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing solutions by analyzing and resolving issues
• Work in an agile team environment, sharing ideas, experimenting, and delivering value iteratively

WHO YOU ARE:

• Basic knowledge of at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, .NET, C++, JavaScript, Python)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field
• Understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with software testing principles
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with curiosity to learn new tools and approaches
• Team spirit and willingness to contribute ideas
• English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level and Slovak language at (C2) Proficiency
