Lavorerai con tecnologie innovative su progetti entusiasmanti, aiutando i nostri clienti a migliorare i propri modelli di business ed organizzativi, costruire nuove capability e supportare l’emergere di servizi sanitari digitali. In particolare, potrai:
Guidare team globali di grandi dimensioni nella definizione e implementazione di strategie CRM e omnicanale, garantendo readiness, rollout tecnologici e gestione operativa per clienti Life Sciences;
Definire l’approccio omnicanale per rafforzare e migliorare la relazione e la comunicazione verso HCP (Healthcare Professionals) e/o Pazienti;
Progettare servizi innovativi per HCP e Pazienti, basandosi sui principi di customer experience, e definire nuove iniziative di business innovative: dall’analisi di mercato, ideazione e sviluppo della strategia, fino all’architettura della soluzione, business case e approvazione degli investimenti;
Guidare la delivery dei progetti assicurando che i clienti siano posizionati per il successo a lungo termine, con roadmap pratiche per l’implementazione della strategia, gestione del cambiamento, ridisegno dei processi, deployment delle tecnologie e azioni correttive, agendo come advisor sulle best practice CRM;
Gestire le relazioni con i clienti, costruendo fiducia e identificare, sviluppare e realizzare nuove opportunità di business;
Essere responsabile del coaching e mentoring delle persone più junior del team.
Se condividi la nostra passione per la consulenza nel settore Life Science e hai le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:
Esperienza di almeno 8-10 anni in ambito consulenziale nell’Industry Life Sciences;
Conoscenza dei principali processi dell’area commerciale Life Sciences, dal lancio del prodotto all’engagement di HCP e Pazienti;
Esperienza in programmi di trasformazione relativi allo sviluppo di progetti di Patient Services, definizione e delivery di strategie omnicanale per HCP, nonché nella progettazione e realizzazione di campagne di engagement e nurturing;
Esperienza nello sviluppo di business proposition e relativa valutazione del ROI;
Capacità di interagire e gestire i clienti comprendendo il contesto e le esigenze specifiche di business;
Laurea magistrale e conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
