Your job
Our Song Team is looking for an intern. As part of a multi-disciplinary Accenture project team,
- Your work allows our clients to be more efficient and to differentiate their services towards customers. Together we will help our clients to gain deeper insights in the customer and their needs, behaviors, and frustrations, in order to define a customer strategy and differentiated value propositions.
- You will be able to showcase your abilities while being our sidekick for one or multiple of our current projects. These projects can be directly or indirectly client-facing. In all projects, you will be part of a team of trusted advisors who help our clients with any difficulties or problems they might encounter.
- You will develop your skills in the following areas: project management, change management, business analysis, teamwork, technology, innovation, business agility, … and much more.
- You will have the opportunity to show your creativity, come up with new ideas and opportunities and share your passion for laying the foundations of the future of our clients.
Your background
- You have a passion to be involved in delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance in their Service/Marketing/Sales department.
- You have interest in technology solutions such as CRM platforms, Marketplaces, eCommerce, customer analytics solutions, Engagement centers, conversational AI & chat, customer portals etc.
- You have skills in design and implementation of functional solutions to optimize a company's business processes, management and relationships.
- You have a passion to learn about processes for large Belgian actors in following industries: Financial Services, or Insurance, or Utilities, or Products.
- You thrive in a diverse working environment comprising employees from all walks of life, cultures, and creeds.
- You’re perfectly fluent in English with French and/or Dutch.
- You’re holding master’s degree in any educational background.
- You’re available for an internship of at least +/- 3 months.
