Deine Mission
In deiner Rolle trägst du dazu bei, moderne und performante IT-Architekturen und Plattformen zu für unsere Kunden zu entwerfen. Du übersetzt Produktanforderungen in technologische Spezifikationen und sorgst dafür, dass diese durch effiziente und composable Architekturen realisiert werden. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams gewährleistest du die Machbarkeit definierter Anforderungen und wendest Best Practices an, um leistungsstarke Lösungen zu schaffen, die den hohen Ansprüchen unserer Kunden gerecht werden.
Diese Position ist in Voll- und Teilzeit sowie lokal möglich.
Das erwartet dich
Du übernimmst die Product Ownership für unsere Kunden und trägst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines digitalen Produkts – von der Vision bis zur Markteinführung
Du entwickelst umfassende digitale Produktstrategien basierend auf Marktanalysen, Kundenbedürfnissen und Unternehmenszielen, und setzt diese effektiv um
Du analysierst Markttrends, führst strategische Planungen durch und entwickelst eine klare Vision sowie Roadmaps, die auf die Marktnachfrage und Unternehmensziele abgestimmt sind
Du leitest das Product Lifecycle Management; stellst sicher, dass die User Experience optimiert ist; und entwickelst Lösungen, die den Kunden begeistern und Mehrwert schaffen
Du definierst und begleitest Go-To-Market Aktivitäten für Kunden und Partner, welche die Inkubation und das Wachstum des Produkts ermöglichen

Du bringst hinreichende Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien sowie im Management von digitalen Produkten, Plattformen oder digitalen Ökosystemen mit
Du bist versiert im gesamten Produktlebenszyklus und hast Erfahrung darin, die User Experience zu optimieren und innovative Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen
Du besitzt ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Marktanalyse und strategischen Planung und kannst Visionen in konkrete Roadmaps und umsetzbare Pläne überführen
Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen, Go-To-Market plänen und der Erstellung von Finanzplänen, die den langfristigen Erfolg sicherstellen
Du verfügst über nachweisliche Erfahrung in der vollständigen Verantwortung für den Produktentwicklungsprozess, einschließlich Solutioning, Backlog-Management, Implementierung und Produktdesign
