L’équipe « Talent & Organization / Human potential » aide les entreprises à libérer la puissance du potentiel humain, de façon inclusive et responsable, afin d’accéder à un nouveau niveau de transformation du collectif.
Vos principales missions :
- Accompagner le leadership (C-Suite) dans la définition de la raison d’être et des objectifs stratégiques RH
- Accompagner toute transformation (technologique, organisationnelle, culturelle) sur l’aspect humain (essentiellement sur les phases amont de cadrage des persona, analyse d’impacts, définition d’une stratégie d’adoption) en mobilisant les next gen technologies (IA, GenIA)
- Articuler de nouveaux modèles d’organisation pour répondre aux objectifs stratégiques
- Imaginer les métiers et les compétences de demain, créer les conditions de développement des collaborateurs à travers des parcours de up/re/new skilling qui assurent leur employabilité
- Transformer les Ressources Humaines en modernisant les outils (digitalisation, IA, GenIA, automatisation) et en orientant la RH vers ses activités « signature » stratégiques dans une approche I&D by design
Véritable acteur du changement, vous proposez des projets de transformation majeurs et participez à leur mise en œuvre, alliant travail de recherche individuel et travail en équipe avec le client (workshops, interviews, présentation de recommandations, de plannings, étapes de validation).
Un chef de projet vous accompagne dès votre arrivée et vous intégrez notre équipe Strategy & Consulting pour redéfinir le futur des entreprises et de la technologie. Vous répondez aux enjeux stratégiques de nos clients, les aidez à trouver de nouveaux leviers de valeur, à transformer leur organisation et à réinventer leurs différents métiers pour s’adapter au changement de leur marché.

Votre profil :
- Vous êtes étudiant au sein d'une école d'ingénieur, d'une université ou d’une école de commerce, vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage de fin d’études pour une durée minimum de 6 mois.
- Vous avez un sens du service client et de l’initiative éprouvé, et une forte capacité à travailler en équipe
- Vous avez développé de très bonnes compétences analytiques, une capacité à appréhender rapidement des questions complexes, faites preuve de créativité dans la recherche de solutions
- Vous avez une forte appétence pour les nouvelles technologies et évolutions liées au digital.
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel, avez démontré de très bonnes capacités d'adaptation et de communication et avez goût pour le développement de la relation clients
- Vous parlez couramment anglais
