Consultor/a de Transformación Digital - Sector Asegurador

En Accenture buscamos un/a profesional con 4 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo de Consulting y liderar proyectos que optimicen procesos, mejoren la experiencia del cliente y aceleren la adopción tecnológica.
Funciones principales
Ejecutar iniciativas de transformación digital alineadas con la estrategia del negocio asegurador.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (TI, producto, operaciones, comercial) para implementar soluciones innovadoras.
Gestionar proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles y tradicionales, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y objetivos.
Participar en la definición e implementación de desarrollos tecnológicos centrados en la eficiencia operativa y experiencia del cliente.
El puesto se desempeña en Madrid o Barcelona en un modelo de trabajo híbrido, realizando algunos días desde tu casa y otros en la oficina donde podrás crear interesantes sinergias con el resto de tu equipo.
Es imprescindible residir en España y tener permiso laboral en España.
Responsabilidades
Liderar proyectos de transformación digital en compañías aseguradoras (vida, salud, generales o autos).
Analizar procesos operativos y proponer mejoras mediante soluciones tecnológicas.
Asegurar la correcta adopción de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales (PMI, Prince2).
Gestionar la relación con stakeholders internos y externos, garantizando la alineación con los objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos
Experiencia mínima de 4 años en consultoría o proyectos de transformación digital en el sector asegurador.
Conocimiento profundo del negocio asegurador (vida, salud, generales o autos).
Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o carreras afines.
Habilidades analíticas, orientación a resultados y enfoque en la experiencia del cliente.
Excelentes capacidades de comunicación, liderazgo e influencia.
