Understands the complete media landscape across the funnel and has experience in either the top performance marketing and digital media agencies OR has owned the growth portfolio on the client side.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Media Strategy & Planning Manager to build objective-led media plans and define clear KPI and measurement frameworks. The role requires strong skills in performance analysis and attribution modeling to evaluate and optimize media effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have practical familiarity with AdTech and martech ecosystems to support tracking, reporting, and execution across platforms. As a manager, you will translate business goals into actionable media plans, support execution teams with measurement clarity, and ensure data-driven optimization across campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build objective-led media strategies and translate business goals into clear media plans and KPI frameworks
    Define measurement approaches and attribution models to evaluate cross-channel media effectiveness
  • Lead performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities and improve media efficiency and outcomes
  • Establish robust tracking and tagging foundations in collaboration with execution teams across platforms
  • Provide guidance to teams on aligning platform execution with strategy, KPIs, and measurement plans
  • Leverage understanding of AdTech and martech ecosystems to enable accurate reporting, tracking, and data flow
  • Partner with analytics, marketing, and content teams to ensure media plans are insight-led and outcome-driven
  • Drive regular performance reviews and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Ensure consistency in how media performance is measured, reported, and optimized across campaigns
  • Stay updated on evolving measurement practices, attribution approaches, and media analytics capabilities
  • Drive business development conversations and proposals in the relevant field

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in core media strategy and planning across channels aligned to business objectives
  • Advanced analytics capability including performance analysis, KPI framework development, and attribution modeling using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Power BI
  • Practical familiarity with AdTech and martech ecosystems including DSPs, ad servers, pixels, and tag managers such as Google Tag Manager and Campaign Manager 360
  • Ability to design measurement plans and ensure accurate implementation of tagging and conversion tracking across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of data flow between platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Ability to translate media performance data into clear insights, optimization actions, and business recommendations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategy, execution, and measurement
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead performance discussions and solutioning conversations
