Cosa ci aspettiamo da te:

• Esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni su progetti di digitalizzazione e automazione di processi aziendali basati su tecnologia ServiceNow.

• Ottima conoscenza dei principali moduli della piattaforma e capacità di contribuire alla definizione di soluzioni efficaci.

• Certificazioni ServiceNow (quali ad es. CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD); ulteriori certificazioni avanzate costituiscono un plus.

• Ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente.

• Autonomia, proattività e predispositione al lavoro di squadra.

• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente supportata da esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero.
