WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Design.

• Strong UX/UI skills.

• Ability to understand detailed requirements and use qualitative and quantitative data to design end-to-end user experiences.

• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

• Experience with design systems.

• Experience designing across mobile and web/responsive platforms.

• Experience with rapid prototyping methods, ranging from paper sketching to digital prototypes.

• Familiarity with user research, usability testing is a plus.

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day design workflows, with curiosity to continuously learn and explore new AI technologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing collaboration skills.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking.

• Α product mindset. Attention to detail. Ownership mindset. Team spirit.
