The Work:
The Change Management & Training team is part of the Center of Excellence (COE). The COE enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
As the Sales Effectiveness Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, refinement, and rollout of comprehensive change plans for Sales Excellence Offerings. This role focuses on learning, enablement, stakeholder management, culture, communications, and adoption. You will work closely with the Sales Excellence Change Partners and the Sales Excellence offering leads to enable the necessary practices, tools, skills, and culture within their areas.
You Will:
Change Program Management
- Support the development and implementation of a change program strategy that focuses on learning, enablement, stakeholder management, culture, communications, and adoption to support implementation of the Sales Excellence Offering(s) initiatives
- Help drive change management and training initiatives that support Accenture sales priorities.
- Help develop key deliverables that support change management and training initiatives.
- Support and/or develop content for various audiences to include but not limited to: change strategies, asset development, training development and delivery, videos, job aids, communications, workshop design and delivery, user research and discovery, etc.
Communications and Stakeholder Management:
- Draft communication messaging across stakeholder and audience groups that promotes knowledge, skills, essential leadership sponsorship, behaviors, and adoption of Sales Excellence initiatives.
- Update established communication channels, to include but not limited to, website pages, Viva Engage, articles, mailers, emails, leadership presentations, etc.
- Support a global communication strategy for each audience segmentation based on rollout strategy.
Collaboration and Integration:
- Contribute as a collaborative team player, working seamlessly within Sales Excellence and with partner functions.
- Work with key stakeholders to gather data, analyze problems, discover insights and create recommendations.
- Assist in coordination efforts with Market Unit, MU Sales Excellence and People Enablement Leadership to deploy key messages, conduct socialization within entities, and evaluate/monitor program process and identify mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with initiative teams to understand implementation activities and timelines to align appropriately.
Training and Enablement:
- Help develop key deliverables that support change management and training initiatives.
- Assist with the creation of comprehensive training and enablement program that encompasses point-of-need learning solutions and instructor-led training programs that align to the skills and needs of audiences.
- Coordinate and execute training and enablement sessions, including coordination with LMS, learning delivery team, and faculty procurement.
- Update content materials, working with SMEs, for each of the learning or enablement programs.
Here’s what you need:
- An undergraduate degree or comparable coursework/experience.
- A minimum of 5 years or more experience in Change Management, Program/Project Management, training, or related work.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (especially grammar and proofreading skills).
- Ability to work independently and balance priorities with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with diverse individuals.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines; this includes a safe, ergonomic workspace and a high-speed internet connection that is stable and secure.
- Familiarity with organizational change management concepts and approaches.
- Experience developing and deploying training.
- High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook), particularly PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools (community, reporting, survey, Menti, etc.).
Extra credit if you have:
- Familiarity with Accenture and sales processes.
- Experience with engagement surveys, collaboration tools, and event planning.
