In particolare, come specialista della Customer Data Platform (CDP), sarai responsabile dello sviluppo e dell’analisi dei dati dei nostri Clienti. Avrai esperienza nella comprensione dei requisiti di marketing, nell'analisi dei dati dei Clienti per formulare informazioni rilevanti sul pubblico, e nella creazione di esperienze all'interno di una CDP. Diventerai il punto d’incontro fondamentale per consentire la migliore esperienza cliente personalizzata basata sugli insights analitici.

Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive

In particolare, potrai:

  • Creare un database completo dei Clienti e dei sistemi coinvolti nei processi di gestione dei dati per analizzare, tracciare e gestire le interazioni con gli utenti finali;

  • Definire e implementare progetti di trasformazione digitale in linea con le esigenze dei Clienti;

  • Analizzare i dati dei Clienti presenti nelle diverse piattaforme e definirne i processi di estrazione e integrazione con le CDP;

  • Definire le linee guida per il set up degli strumenti, installare e gestire software per la collezione dei dati.

Le tue caratteristiche

Se condividi la nostra passione per la Customer Experience e hai le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nell'utilizzo di Customer Data Platform o una delle seguenti piattaforme: Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe RTCDP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, Treasure Data, Tealium, Lytics, Hightouch, Growthloop, Census;

  • Esperienza in una o più delle seguenti tecnologie cloud: Azure Cloud, Google Cloud Platform o Amazon Web Services, Snowflake;

  • Buone competenze nei seguenti ambiti: Owned media, Paid media, Tracking, tags e tassonomie, sia da un punto di vista tecnico che business;

  • Conoscenza di Integrazioni, ETL;

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta, incluse presentazioni formali per tutti i livelli di gestione ed esecutivi;

  • Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria, Economia o Digital Innovation;

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
