• Du hast ein Studium, idealerweise in den Bereichen Informatik bzw. Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, abgeschlossen. 

• Du hast Erfahrungen im Software Delivery Lifecycle und somit fundierte Kenntnisse in der Führung von Business Analyse, Design, Entwicklung, Test, Rollout und Betrieb von IT-Produkten. 

• Du hast Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren zentralen Bereichen des Bankwesens – sei es im Zahlungsverkehr, Kreditgeschäft, Risikomanagement oder in regulatorischen Anforderungen und hast bestenfalls bereits groß angelegte Modernisierungsprogramme in diesem Umfeld begleitet. 

• Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Umsetzungsprojekten, der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams sowie in Sales, Stakeholder-Management, Vertragsgestaltung, Erwartungsmanagement und Performance-Steuerung

• Du drückst dich in Deutsch und Englisch klar und souverän aus.
