・データガバナンスとAI倫理の枠組みを含む、持続可能なデータ活用基盤の構築
・レガシーデータ資産からクラウドネイティブデータプラットフォームへの移行戦略立案
・生成AIをはじめとする先端技術の適用領域特定と価値実現アプローチの設計
・データドリブン組織への変革を促進する組織・人材・プロセスの再設計
