Deine Mission
Als Senior MES Engineer übernimmst du eine zentrale Verantwortung in der technischen Umsetzung von MES-Projekten. Von der Teilnahme an Design-Workshops über die Systemkonfiguration bis hin zur Unterstützung bei Qualifikationsaktivitäten stellst du sicher, dass alle Systeme sowohl den operativen als auch den regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen. Mit deinem fundierten technischen Know-how in Rockwell PharmaSuite verantwortest du die Lösungsentwicklung, Konfiguration und Validierung komplexer MES-Implementierungen in stark regulierten Umgebungen.

Das erwartet dich
Implementierung von MES-Systemen.
Du wirkst maßgeblich an Design, Konfiguration, Test und Validierung von MES-Systemen mit. Gemeinsam mit weiteren Projektbeteiligten entwickelst du zukunftsfähige Lösungen, die höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen genügen.Technische und regulatorische Exzellenz.
Du erstellst und prüfst System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)-Dokumente gemäß den Accenture-Standards. Dabei berücksichtigst du globale Richtlinien, aktuelle cGMP-Vorgaben und regulatorische Anforderungen – und integrierst diese in deine tägliche Arbeit.Entwicklung von MES-Designs.
Du bringst deine Expertise in Design-Workshops mit MES-Anbietern, Systemintegratoren und Standortteams ein. Du wirkst aktiv an der Erstellung und Qualifizierung des MES-Designs mit und stellst sicher, dass die Lösungen betrieblich einsetzbar sowie qualitätskonform umgesetzt werden.Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit.
Deine Tätigkeit vereint technisches Fachwissen, konsequente Qualitätssicherung und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit. Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams bringst du dich aktiv in Projekte ein. Durch die enge Abstimmung mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern steuerst und gestaltest du die Projektziele mit – und sorgst für eine klare, strukturierte Kommunikation.
Darauf freuen wir uns
Du hast umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse sowie technische Expertise, insbesondere im Umgang mit Rockwell PharmaSuite.
Du bringst tiefgehende Erfahrung in der Integration von MES mit anderen Level-2- und Level-3-Systemen mit und hast bereits Design, Qualifizierung und Implementierung eigenverantwortlich geleitet.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, meisterst auch komplexe Herausforderungen erfolgreich und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke zeigt sich sowohl in der deutschen Sprache (mindestens Niveau C1) als auch im professionellen Umgang auf Englisch.
Dein fachlicher Hintergrund basiert auf einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
