Affiliate Marketing Analyst - Japanese Speaker
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate individual to join our team as Affiliate Marketing Associate. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for social media and digital marketing and the know-how to use the Impact Radius platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Relationship Management
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new affiliate partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to maximize engagement and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and optimizing their experience
Performance Optimization & Growth
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategies to increase partners, partner activation, platform’s new spenders’ rate.
- Optimize commission structures, promotional strategies, and marketing assets to boost affiliate success.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing materials and promotions.
- Work with affiliates to launch and execute successful campaigns aligned with company goals. (Must Have)
- Ensure brand consistency across all affiliate channels.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide insights on affiliate performance.
- Generate reports and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of partnerships and adjust strategies accordingly.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, affiliate tracking software, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Japanese
