• Expertise in (Gen)AI und Agentic Frameworks
  Umfassende praktische Erfahrung mit generativer KI und Agentic AI, einschließlich fortgeschrittener Frameworks wie LangGraph oder Autogen – mit produktiv genutzten Lösungen welche über die reine Entwicklung von Prototypen oder Proof of Concepts hinaus geht.

• Erfahrung als Enterprise-Architekt
  Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Cloud-Architekturen und Datenplattformen, insbesondere mit GCP, AWS oder Azure – inklusive fundierter Kenntnisse in der Bewertung und strategischen Neugestaltung bestehender Cloud-Infrastrukturen.

• End-to-End-Entwicklung mit GenAI/LLM-Integration und Technologiekompetenz
  Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktiver End-to-End-Anwendungen mit Integration von GenAI- und LLM-Technologien, unter Einsatz moderner Cloud-basierter Stacks für LLMOps sowie vorteilhafte Kenntnisse in relevanten ML- und KI-Bibliotheken wie TensorFlow, PyTorch und GPT-Modellen.

• Sprachkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft
  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisen im internationalen Umfeld.
