🛠️ Principal Duties and Responsibilities
As part of Industry X, you will help transform how capital projects are delivered—bringing innovation, deep industry knowledge, and cutting-edge technology to our clients.
Your mission will be to:
- 💼 Deliver business value by supporting clients in industries such as Data Centers, Semiconductors, Public Infrastructure, Utilities, and Oil & Gas.
- 📊 Support planning, monitoring, and control of mega/large capital projects—ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, quality standards, and sustainability goals.
- 🧠 Provide insights across key areas like Planning & Scheduling, Cost Management, Data Analytics & Reporting, Contract Management, and Capex Procurement.
- 🤝 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to generate meaningful reports and drive informed decision-making.
- 🧩 Work with leading platforms such as MS Project, Primavera, Prism, Unifier, ProCore, and EcoSys—including solution implementation across the lifecycle.
- 📝 Develop project-specific deliverables like Operating Models, Risk Registers, Communication Matrices, Governance Frameworks, and tailored processes.
- 🚀 Shape, sell, and deliver transformation projects—from current state assessments to efficiency opportunities, solution design, business cases, and roadmaps.
- 🔧 Design future ways of working—including operating models, business functions, processes, and technology strategies in collaboration with experts.
- ⚠️ Manage risk governance across the project lifecycle, supporting mitigation strategies and contingency planning.
- 🔄 Evaluate and manage scope changes, assessing their impact on budget and schedule, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- 📈 Prepare progress reports and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- 🌐 Design and implement digital strategies, including digital architecture, within defined timelines and budget requirements.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar fields
- Analyst: 2–5 years of experience in Project Management & Execution for Capital Projects.
- Consultant: 6–8 years of experience with strong understanding of managed services in Capital Build.
- Advanced written and spoken English is required.
- Experience in large-scale capital projects across industries and geographies.
- Background in management consulting with direct client-facing roles, including exposure to Project Management, Project Controls, and Software/Tool Implementation.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Preferred: Familiarity with various construction methodologies and resource planning for optimized execution.
- Preferred: Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is mandatory; experience with VB Scripts and Macros is a plus.

- Capital Projects lifecycle with focus on schedule, cost, reporting, and risk management.
- Data analytics for actionable insights.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and control—from conceptualization to commissioning.
- Ability to develop dashboards, red flag reports, schedule analysis, and other MIS reports highlighting project progress and criticalities.
- Skilled in translating quantitative data into strategic recommendations.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to client expectations and return-to-office plans.
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones with offshore teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
