Job Summary:
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of marketing campaigns. With 10-14 years of experience, this role requires a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C markets, as well as the ability to manage and inspire a team of creative professionals. The Creative Director will work closely with account, strategy, and production teams to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership:
- Develop and drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience needs
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing, advertising, and branding projects
- Oversee all creative deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
- Team Management:
- Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth within the team
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and teamwork
- Client Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into creative solutions
- Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the vision
- Build strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to align creative direction with overall business objectives
- Develop creative strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty across multiple channels
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design technologies to inform creative decisions

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Establish clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for creative projects
- Troubleshoot challenges and provide solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Content Creation:
- Oversee the design and execution of high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms
- Ensure the seamless integration of storytelling and visual design across all touchpoints
- Quality Assurance:
- Review and approve all creative work, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment with client expectations
- Implement feedback loops to continuously improve creative outputs
- Innovation and Trends:
- Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions
- Integrate new tools, methods, and platforms to enhance the team's creative capabilities
