<リクルーティングマネージャー(採用チームマネージャー)>
企業の成長に直結する重要な役割を担っており、優れたコミュニケーション能力やリーダーシップが求められます。
・採用戦略の策定と実行:
マネジメント層およびリクルーターと協力し、最新の市場情報に沿った採用戦略を立てます。ダイバーシティーやインクルージョンを配慮した候補者獲得、また候補者の惹きつけに繋がる指導をリードします。ビジネス(各部門)、採用マネージャー、HRと協力し、長期的な組織の採用ニーズを様々な角度からサポートします。
・採用チームの指導・育成:
リクルーターを指導し、育成を担当。チームのパフォーマンスを向上させるためのガイダンス、トレーニングやサポートを行い、将来性のあるチーム作りを行います。
・ステークホルダーとの密なコミュニケーション:
採用進捗及び目標数値をビジネスサイド、HRチーム、上級管理職などの内部ステークホルダーに定期的に報告します。ライセンスを管理し、プラットフォームやツールの全体的なコストを支援します。意思決定を促進するための効果的なプレゼンテーションやレポートを提供します。
・データ分析と採用プロセスの改善:
採用活動のデータ分析及びチーム全体の業務の可視化を行い、採用活動の効率化を図ります。
・最新マーケット情報、採用ナレッジの共有:
業界のトレンド、新技術、市場情報および人材採用のベストプラクティスに関する最新情報を常に把握し、ビジネス及びチームと知識を共有し、採用プロセスに革新的なアプローチを取り入れます。 中長期の採用ニーズ、人材動向、多様性トレンド、ソーシング戦略を理解し、採用ブランディングに効果的に繋ぎます。
・パートナーシップ管理:
エージェントやその他のベンダーとのポジティブで戦略的な関係を築き、維持します。その他採用媒体プラットフォームに関して主要な連絡窓口となります。
